RKT VENTURES was established on January 29, 1998, by a young man with a strong vision. With over 10 years of experience, RKT has grown into a company offering a wide range of services. Our core businesses include manpower supply, civil works, as well as cleaning and maintenance services. In 2005, RKT introduced the company motto "Towards Advancement", a motto believed to transform the goals and purpose of our work. With this motto, the company aims to remind all its members to continuously improve every activity, thereby contributing to the development of a progressive society.

RKT has been led by a hands-on management team. This top-level involvement has helped foster a confident and highly motivated workforce. It also ensures that our clients receive personalised attention and the highest service standards, which leads to optimum customer satisfaction.

Although we possess all the necessary equipment, we understand that without effective results and significant impact, our resources would not be fully utilised. At RKT, we focus on recruiting team members at all levels, from entry-level to the most professional. Our core team has extensive technical experience, as demonstrated by our ability to operate and maintain mobile equipment and manage coal yard services at coal handling facilities. We also specialize in cleaning, mechanical, civil, as well as electrical and instrumentation services, all tailored to meet the needs of the local industry.

RKT’s initial role was as a contractor servicing the power plant industry in the country. Over time, our team members realized there were untapped market opportunities and a growing demand for our services. Currently, we face little competition in our field, which has enabled us to secure and execute large projects in line with our company principles. This proactive approach has allowed us to consistently deliver high-quality results.
